The collection features three different rugs in Teklan's signature color-blocking combinations, sustainably produced and hand-made in 100% wool. Crystal is an irregular octagon inspired by Italian 3D patterns with a hint of Memphis, described by Teklan as “maxed in every way.” Box has a more minimalist design using soft tonal color to create a 3D optical illusion, while Frame is designed to do just that to your room, using check and stripe motifs to create a highly usable but impactful floor covering. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
