The Obsidian Speaker offers versatile connectivity options, including AirPlay 2, WiFi, Bluetooth, and an auxiliary cable, allowing seamless music playback from your favorite streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Pandora, iHeart Radio, TuneIn Radio, and many more. It can also connect with other Obsidian speakers to create an immersive, multi-room audio experience that envelops you in rich, dynamic sound, no matter where you are.
With built-in Alexa functionality, you can easily control the Obsidian Speaker and manage your smart home automation through voice commands. Additionally, the Pantheone app (available on iOS and Android) provides intuitive control over the system, enabling volume adjustments, track skipping, sleep mode activation, and multi-room player settings. Over-the-air (OTA) updates ensure your speaker stays up-to-date with the latest features and improvements.
The front speaker control panel offers direct, user-friendly access to key functions, including On/Off switch, Alexa voice control, volume, track control, and play/pause options.
Battery Life: Enjoy up to 15 hours of playtime at normal listening volumes. A full charge takes just 2 hours, while a 50% charge can be achieved in only 30 minutes.
WiFi and Multi-Room Control: Dedicated WiFi multi-room control via the app supports up to ten rooms, ensuring a cohesive audio experience throughout your home.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities.
As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
