With twisted long-staple yarns, the terry loop is both clean and plush, offering superior absorbency and softness. The towels are crafted with folded hems and closed corners, adding character and body. Designed with two hanging loops for easy storage, each towel also features a debossed jacquard logo for a refined touch. With a 625 GSM weight, these towels offer both durability and plush comfort. Certified with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (certificate no. 2476-405 DTI), ensuring they are safe and free from harmful substances. Made in Portugal, the Gelato collection is available in a variety of colors, offering a luxurious experience in every use.
Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.
As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.
Lead time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
