Atlas Coffee Tables are heavy and should always be assembled by two people or more. Dropping the tabletop or legs might cause injury to yourself or others, as well as damage to floors and objects. Wipe the product with a soft dry or moist cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools, and never use strong cleaning agents such as household glas cleaner, white spirit or turpentine.

Orders shipped to Norway may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Norwegian authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide personal details, such as a fødselsnummer or organisasjonsnummer. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
