Punja Plasma Wool Rug

Our Punja Plasma rug is hand-knotted in a Punja kelim which creates a flat weave base and lovely shaggy textures.

• Individually handmade of 100% wool
• The Punja rug process is reliant on using the outdoor natural weather conditions for the finishing of the rug - a slower process taking the environment into consideration
• The natural fiber tends to shed, this will decrease with help of regular vacuuming but will never cease completely

Hand-woven. Each rug is unique and can vary slightly in size and color.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
