Álvaro Catalán de Ocón and GAN have teamed up to create a collection of four handmade rugs made from recycled plastic fibers (100% recycled PET). These rugs are a tribute to some of the world's most polluted rivers - the Ganges, Yangtze, Indus, and Niger - and aim to raise awareness about plastic waste, one of the major environmental issues of the industrial age. Each rug is a beautiful and unique piece, crafted with care and made from recycled materials to highlight the paradoxical beauty of our natural wonders, now filled with plastic waste.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
