The beauty of these rugs lies not just in their design but in their easy maintenance. Thanks to the natural lanolin, keeping them clean is a breeze. Vacuum or clean them with snow when needed. For woven versions, gentle washing with water is possible, ensuring they dry completely. For the knotted ones, seek professional cleaning to maintain their beauty. Rest assured, the natural wool colors remain vibrant without any color release.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
