Rug No.05 blends modern appeal with timeless design through its hand-knotted craftsmanship in natural wool. Its plush, shaggy wool pattern exudes a serene, bohemian elegance, defining this piece as a standout element of decor. Crafted from natural, unbleached New Zealand wool in a gentle off-white "shell" color, this rug introduces a touch of softness to any space. The rug's design is further enhanced by a braided, chunky fringe edge, adding an artistic and ethnic flair to its overall appearance.

The unique variations in color and detail celebrate the handcrafted nature of this piece, making each rug uniquely its own. Note that as a rug with a partially long pile and shaggy characteristics, may shed more than those with shorter piles. Regular vacuuming is recommended to manage shedding and maintain its beautiful texture.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
