Peaceful Parity combines a beautiful structure with thick fringed ends to showcase the natural vibrance and character of hand-spun wool. The thick blend of undyed New Zealand wool and jute offers an enduring quality whilst giving the rug a natural, rustic expression.

85% Undyed New Zealand Wool / 15% Undyed Jute

Regular cleaning by vacuuming. Do not vacuum with the brushes in the “out position”. Do not clean stains with water as this might damage the rug. To be washed flat by a professional carpet cleaner. Most new rugs will shed hair upon usage which is natural. Excess pile should be removed from the rug as it appears. Please note that the colours may fade, if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight for an extended period. We recommend underlay to avoid discolouration.

Items available in our online warehouse are shipped immediately and usually delivered within a few days, depending on the chosen shipping method and your location. We reserve the right to longer delivery times during campaign periods or times of high demand.

Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
