Medusa Tray - Big
Elegantly sculpted, each Medusa is lifted slightly above the floor by a number of small conic-shaped legs, reminiscing the tentacles of the jellyfish. Medusa has a very elegant and simple expression and can easily be placed in any interior scheme as a sculptural object or vase for flowers or decorations.
Medusa comes in both vases and trays and is made from ceramic. The surface is hand glazed in order to achieve the unique surface texture. The colors may vary slightly, due that it is a handmade product. The vase is not 100% waterproof, therefore a bag for fresh flowers is included.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
