• For knotted rugs, expect 80% wool and a cotton warp making up the remaining 20%.
• A woven style features a balanced composition of wool and cotton, each comprising 50%.
• The natural wool, free from chemical dyes or bleaches, gives each rug its organic color. Variations in size and hue are a testament to their handmade nature, adding character rather than imperfections.

An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
