Vacuum clean regularly on low power without a beater brush. Shedding is a normal process that occurs with natural fibre rugs; it should subside after 2-3 months with regular vacuuming. Remove stains immediately with damp cloth, do not rub. Professional cleaning only. It is recommended to use a rug underlay.
