Accustomed to materials such as cotton, canvas, and velvet, the elasticity and softness of GRAPY are now dressed in two new fabrics suitable for outdoor use and water repellent: Marquetry by Sunbrella and Meltemi Texture by Jover Decó.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
