The characteristic wooden profile of the Hippo Lounge Outdoor is made of sapele mahogany, ensuring durability and weather resistance. Hippo Lounge Outdoor comes in two variants of OEKO-TEX-certified Savane upholstery from Sunbrella, engineered to combine the highest level of design and performance for outdoor use.

Frame: Thermotreated Ash

The seat and the backrest are made of medium firm
Quickdry foam with internal marine plywood frame. The
wooden profile is made of FSC certified thermotreated
ash. Sunbrella Savane is a jacquard woven fabric, highly
UV resistant as well as water-repellent and stain-proof.

The cover is made of PVC-coated polyester fabric,
resistant and waterproof.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
