Thank you for shopping with That Cool Living. Please note that during peak periods, shipping may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All orders are shipped from Europe.
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times are provided during checkout and vary depending on the item and destination.
- Many items are made to order. Production and shipping times can range from a few days to several months.
We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, peak seasons, or material shortages.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties Paid (DDP) Countries
For orders placed on or after 9th April 2025, all shipments to the following countries will be delivered Duties Paid (DDP): United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Hong Kong, and all European Union countries.
This means all applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total and prepaid - no additional charges upon delivery.
All Other Countries (DAP / DDU)
For deliveries outside the European Union and the DDP countries listed above, all shipments are made on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, also known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:
- The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, clearance charges, and local taxes upon delivery.
- Customs charges vary by country. For estimates, use a calculator such as Simply Duty or consult your local customs office.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Curbside delivery means the delivery company will bring your item to the nearest accessible point on the curb or street outside your building, but will not bring it inside your home or up any stairs.
What it typically includes:
- The item is delivered to your driveway, sidewalk, or outside entrance.
- The driver does not unpack, assemble, or place the item indoors.
- You (or someone on your behalf) are responsible for moving the item inside and disposing of the packaging.
If you prefer in-home or threshold delivery, we may be able to offer white glove service upon request. Please contact us for a quotation tailored to your location and needs.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Shipping to Russia and Ukraine is currently suspended.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote via our contact form
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging before signing:
- If you notice damage (e.g., dirt, moisture, cuts), ask the delivery driver to record a note of it.
- If the packaging appears damaged, accept the delivery with reservation.
- If the contents are damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
Be sure to retain the original packaging and product(s) during the claims process. Reports made after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- That Cool Living is not responsible for delays caused by production or shipping issues.
- We reserve the right to extend delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.
