Sharp lines characterize the Evi Vase, drawing parallels to Art Deco. The Evi Vase features glass stone attachments on the sides, offering a modern yet timeless look. Use the Evi Vase with or without flowers to enhance any space.

Each Evi Vase is made by hand in solid brass using a technique called sandcasting. Small black spots and grain may occur due to the casting process, making each piece unique and should not be mistaken for flaws. After casting, each Evi Vase is polished by hand and plated with a beautiful titanium finish.

Titanium plated brass objects should not be exposed to water or moisture. Keep the outer surface dry with a soft cloth to prevent permanent stains on the material. A non-abrasive polish can be used to clean and shine the product. Clean gently to avoid wearing down the Nickel plating. Avoid using steel wool or other materials that can scratch the metal.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
