The bold materiality of the Aura Mirror is what generates its unique inner glow. Its polished metal form picks up surrounding light, creating diverse reflections through a combination of hard flat surfaces and long curves. Designed to be touched and held, its weight and strength is offset by the softness of its shine and sculptural curved form.

The Aura Table Mirror is carefully handcrafted and every item is unique. Differences in expression of the material and surface may occur, with smaller marks and minor deviations. The table mirror is not dish-water save. Do not use abrasive agents as this will damage the surface. The item is not a toy and it is unsuitable for children under the age of 10 years old.

To maintain the item in a good condition, please clean the surface with a soft dry or moist cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools, and never use strong cleaning agents such as household glass cleaner, white spirit or turpentine.

Items available in our online warehouse are shipped immediately and usually delivered within a few days, depending on the chosen shipping method and your location. We reserve the right to longer delivery times during campaign periods or times of high demand.

Coming Soon to Stock

Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

Available For Order

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
