Microcement is a cement-based coating composed of aggregates and minerals such as sand, lime, and water. The material is carefully combined to create a unique finish that is sealed with a water-based topcoat for optimal protection against spills and daily use.

The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
