Wool is an easy-to-care natural material, often needing only airing and light vacuuming. Lanolin's waterproofing property helps removing fresh stains only with a damp cloth.

Please note that all rugs that are made of natural materials will release some lint in the beginning. However, this will lessen after time and use. We recommend using an anti-slip rug underlay. Never use a rotating brush, such as a robot vacuum cleaner, when vacuuming the rug.

Lead time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
