Patterned rugs have become a hallmark of Dusty Deco and the Lisboa is the latest addition. This rug is hand-woven and made of 100 % wool. The rug is decorated with a pattern that Dusty Deco found in a floor in Lisboa, thats also how the rug got its name. The contrasts in colours and structure make the Lisboa Rug an eye-catching piece in any setting. Available in three sizes and in a Multi Amber version in addition to this grey model.

Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
