Produced energy-efficiently without harmful coatings, these cushions endure sun and light rain, thanks to their water-absorbing yet quick-drying nature. Resistant to unpleasant smells, discoloration, wrinkles, and dirt, they maintain color and allure. You can leave the cushions out in the rain, but if you like your cushions to stay dry, we do recommend bringing them inside. 

Would you like to use the cushion outdoors and indoors? Then we recommend choosing the outdoor filling. The outdoor filling is made from silicone. The filling is sturdier than an indoor filling, but is still plenty soft to be used indoors as well.

An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
