The upholstered section of the Shore Modular Sofa is built using FSC-certified chipboard, MDF, and cut foam. The plinth is crafted from FSC-certified oak veneer and MDF.

Keep your furniture out of direct sunlight. Colours can fade and seams weaken when exposed to direct sunlight. The furniture is only intended for indoor use.

Regular vacuuming with a soft nozzle. If there is a need for thorough cleaning, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Within 24 Hours of Purchase:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours:
Cancellation is still possible after 24 hours, but only partially refundable:
Shipping fees will be fully refunded.
Product cost will be refunded at 50% of the paid amount, using the original payment method.

Custom Orders:
Orders for custom products, such as COM (Customer’s Own Material) or custom-sized items, are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
