Roots 90 is the essence of the Karup Design DNA: You get not only a sofa bed but also a lounge chair and a comfy bed. By putting down the front legs and adjusting the back, you transform it into a cushy lounge chair. Lower the back completely, and you’ve got a cozy bed where you can recharge, rooted to the ground. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
