Description
Demonstrating pure cylindrical or conical form, the Solid Pendant is crafted from a range of quality materials including oak, walnut, and marble. The rounded inner edge at the shade base is a design signature of the Solid collection. Patented adjustable shade support allows the shade to be hung vertical and straight.
As all materials used to create the Solid Pendant are natural, the grain will vary from piece to piece, making each shade body completely unique. All fixings are hidden.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
