Description

The Lily Side Table by Mater is part of the Lily Table Collection designed by OEO Studio. Inspired by the grace of floating water lilies and Japanese and Scandinavian minimalism, the table’s circular top is made from Matek®, a proprietary material that mixes coffee shell waste, wood waste and recycled plastic, diverting around 2.3 kg of waste per table. The slim base is built from 20 % recycled steel and knocks down for easy flat packing and recyclability. Available in different heights and finishes such as Coffee Waste Light, Coffee Waste Dark and Wood Waste Grey, the Lily Side Table is lightweight yet durable and can be grouped with other Lily tables for versatile arrangements in homes or hospitality settings. Its sustainable materials and clean silhouette make it an eco‑conscious accent with enduring style.

Material

Made of waste material Matek®. The waste materials used for the Matek® come from post-consumer e-waste mixed with either wood or coffee waste, depending on the colour. The base frame is made of 96% recycled, black-painted aluminum.

Product Care

For daily care, it is recommended to dust the surface with a soft cloth. The surface can be cleaned with a soft cloth wrung out in a mild solution of lukewarm water and a universal cleaning detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and harsh detergents, as these may damage the surface. Avoid placing Matek™ furniture in direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity over longer periods of time, as this can affect the appearance of the material. For tabletops, we always recommend using trivets under hot objects, such as coffee pots and cups, to prevent damage to the surface.
