Description

Colonnade No.05 is a hand-knotted rug with a low pile that captures attention with its soft yet striking contrast of dark brown/grey against sandy beige, crafting an eclectic and bold statement perfect for hallways and narrow spaces. The addition of long fringes at both ends not only enhances the design but also introduces an artistic touch.

Each rug is unique and can vary slightly in size and color. Given product measurements for each of our styles are measured excluding fringes, tassels or braids. Twisted woolen fringe (approx 200mm)

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
