Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.

We pack our mirrors securely and carefully before shipping. You can confidently order from us, as our shipments are fully insured. If anything happens and the mirror breaks during transit, we will send you a new mirror and take care of all the insurance paperwork. Mirrors are quickly produced and leave our factory within 2–5 business days.
