Swati is a beautiful cushion with an organic pattern that reminds you of natural contours in 2 earthy colors. The bouclé is made by artisanal methods and each cushion cover is individually embroidered making it unique. The back is plain OEKO-Tex certified cotton velvet.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
