Eternity Counter Stool Wood Waste

The High Stool version of the acknowledged Eternity Chair. The organic shell is made of Matek®, our patented waste material mix. The waste materials used for this chair come from post-consumer e-waste mixed with either wood or coffee waste, depending on the colourway. The Eternity shell is mounted on a 20% recycled metal frame with a gunmetal finish. The embracing design of the shell seat makes the High Stool as comfortable as a dining chair. Made of wood and Matek® material (Cutting-edge technology allows Mater to make furniture from waste materials in their patented Matek® material by combining fibre with a binder. The Matek® is made by mixing e-waste with either coffee waste from Danish coffee producer BKI Kaffe or wood waste.)

For daily care, it is recommended to dust the surface with a soft cloth. The surface can be cleaned with a soft cloth wrung out in a mild solution of lukewarm water and a universal cleaning detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and harsh detergents, as these may damage the surface.

Avoid placing Matek™ furniture in direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity over longer periods of time, as this can affect the appearance of the material. For tabletops, we always recommend using trivets under hot objects, such as coffee pots and cups, to prevent damage to the surface.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Lead time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
