Geta Tray

The Geta Tray is inspired by Japanese decoration trays, where the platform is elevated above the table surface, highlighting a specific object or decoration piece. The name is a reference to the classic Japanese Geta shoes with two prongs. It is cast in solid fiber concrete to add a certain heaviness, while also creating a unique and refined texture. Geta can be used for various decorative purposes or stand alone as a statement piece in itself. As it is a hand-glazed natural product, the colors may vary slightly and it is not waterproof safe.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
