The candles contain 10% beeswax, which contributes to air purification creating a better indoor climate. The added beeswax also gives the candles a natural honey-like scent. This candle is longer than our regular candles to add more burning time and to give it a more elegant look.

Due to their thin diameter, we advise against placing the candles near draft wind from doors and windows, as this may cause them to drip. If more candles are placed within a distance below the 7cm, as recommended on the backside of the packaging, they can overheat each other and cause the candles to drip. Do not place the candles in direct sunlight.

The cotton wicks are made of 100% cotton, which has a lower impact on the indoor climate than traditional wicks, as fewer particles are released.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
