Oka Tray

The Oka tray is inspired by traditional Japanese serving trays, often produced in wood or bamboo. Transforming this well-known form into new material, in this case, marble developed in close collaboration with Indian suppliers to find the perfect, homogeneous stone, a certain heaviness and a refined texture of the surface is added, without compromising on the recognizable shape. With its sculptural and architectural shape, it can be used for various decoration purposes or stand alone as a piece of art in its own right. As it is a natural product, the colors may vary a little. Not 100% waterproof.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
