Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

A made-to-order item is ordered from the supplier and made especially for you. The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.
