The shell of the Eternity chair is made of Matek®. Innovative technology allows us to recycle fibre-based waste materials with recycled plastic waste. The Chair itself is a very comfortable chair with industrial and sculptural features. Eternity is designed for disassembly, meaning that the design allows each component in its purest form to recycle into new production circles. Durable for both private and public use.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
