Description

Tapestry No.01 is crafted from thick, naturally shaded white wool, meticulously woven and knotted by hand. The combination of organic shapes and bold, felted yarns results in a piece that's both whimsical and minimalist.

To facilitate hanging and maintain its unique, irregular contour flush against the wall, wooden rings have been securely fastened to the back of the tapestry. This thoughtful addition ensures that Tapestry No.01 can effortlessly enhance any space with its distinctive texture and design.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.
