The 120 cm long seat accommodates two adults, while the 150 kg load rating ensures sturdy support in entryways, at the foot of a bed, or along a dining table. Hand‑painted layers create a mineral texture that resists scuffs, letting Big Foot Bench double as a display plinth or low console. At 45 cm high, it pairs with standard dining or lounge seating, and felt pads protect floors. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
