The Case West Street Chair is a cube-inspired armchair designed by Robin Day, crafted for dining, desk or lounge use.

Its solid oak or walnut frame supports leather-upholstered seat and slightly angled back pads for added comfort.

Sized at 52 × 50 × 72 cm (seat height 43 cm), this fully assembled chair features replaceable cushions and comes with a 1‑year (UK) or 2‑year warranty.

Clean lines and thoughtful proportions make the West Street Chair a refined, functional staple in homes, studios, cafés, or workplace interiors.

No assembly required.
Use a dampened, soft, non-abrasive, lint-free colourless cloth to wipe the entire surface of your wood, moving in the direction of the grain.
Dry the wood using a second non-abrasive cloth. Remember to wipe in the direction of the wood grain.
You do not need to polish the wood as part of your regular maintenance, as we finish our products with a matte, non-yellowing clear polyurethane lacquer for its natural appearance and durability.
Never use wax-based polish or ammonia-based cleaning products on your wood.

An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
