Hooked Sleeper Chair

The Hooked Sleeper Chair by Karup Design ingeniously combines function with minimal form. Mounted to the wall via four brackets, it transforms from a sculptural element into a lounge chair or a 12 cm-thick, 75 × 200 cm bed in seconds. Crafted with FSC® pine and a plush, recycled cotton-foam mattress, it supports up to 350 kg, merging comfort with craftsmanship. Handmade in Europe and designed by C.F. Møller Architects, the Hooked Sleeper Chair embodies smart, sculptural design for compact living and multi-use spaces.

Wood: The knots in natural wood furniture are individual characteristics and charisma of each piece of furniture. Not two will look the same. You can expect the natural wood surfaces to change over time when permanently exposed to the climate, sunlight, and humidity fluctuations.

General wood care: do not place hot objects on the furniture, do not place candles directly on the furniture, immediately wipe off any spilled liquids with a damp cloth, regularly check if the screws and fittings are tight.

Fabric: Mixed fabric is made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Do only clean with a dry cloth to prevent stains.
