The furniture is made of FSC-certified pine tree, that through an innovative process called acetylering makes the soft pine tree hard and resistant. This is all qualities that prolongs the life of the tree up to 50 years.
The treatment utilizes components that are naturally occurring within wood and therefore leaves the wood intact, without losing the beautiful features of natural wood.
Using the same components that already exist within wood, makes it a "green" process and provides a type of wood that is naturally biodegradable and can be decomposed, without harming nature.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
