The Ostro Wall Light features an opal glass globe nestled in a ruffled ceramic, marble, or alabaster bowl to cast soft, diffused wall lighting. Handmade in Spain by Simone & Marcel, the Ostro Wall Light includes a dimmable G9 LED (10–15 W) and suits entryways, bedrooms, or living rooms. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
