Introducing a new, hand-tufted wool collection called The New Scandi, inspired by the new wave of Scandinavian aesthetics and immense innovation. Northern Lights is, with its explosion of colors named after the unique phenomena rarely seen anywhere else than around the Arctic hemisphere. With a vision to continuously create bridges between interior and art, nature and soul, Northern Lights brings you a unique design directly to your home. Produced with a sustainability perspective in mind, the rug is hand-tufted in 100% natural materials like wool and Tencel which makes it both is easy to care for and persistent in quality over time. Due to the fact that it is an artisan, hand-crafted product each rug is unique and may differ slightly in appearance.

Cleaning: Vacuum regularly without a brush. For more thorough cleaning, dry cleaning is recommended.

Stain Removal: Wipe the stain carefully with a mixture of lukewarm water and soap. Absorb excess liquid with a dry microfiber cloth.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
