This unique texture brings out the natural hues of wool, ensuring every piece is one-of-a-kind.

Thanks to its natural properties, it's not just a beauty to behold but also a practical choice. Wool is inherently antistatic and repels dirt, making maintenance a breeze. It doesn't absorb moisture, ensuring it remains cozy even when it's chilly outside. By using undyed sheep wool, we decrease water usage during production. Keep in mind, though, that its natural white is never stark white—it carries a gentle yellowish tint. You'll notice a distinct scent that accompanies all new natural materials, which will mellow with time and love.

Wool is an easy-to-care natural material, often needing only airing and light vacuuming. Lanolin's waterproofing property helps removing fresh stains only with a damp cloth. Please note that all rugs that are made of natural materials will release some lint in the beginning. However, this will lessen after time and use. We recommend using an anti-slip rug underlay. Never use a rotating brush, such as a robot vacuum cleaner, when vacuuming the rug.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
