With just a release of one of the arms, you will have a lounge chair with the perfect space for putting up your feet while diving into a book. When lowering the other arm Step invites you to both napping and dreaming. It's like getting three pieces of furniture in one.

Note that all of our futon products are handmade, so you might notice small differences in size and weight.

Transforming a house into a cozy home is a journey. Our curated collection includes globally sourced items, many made to order just for you. The production and delivery time ranges from couple days to several months. Upon receiving your order, we'll email you an estimated timeline and provide ongoing updates. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, except for made-to-order items. Made to order items are final sale, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
