If you are mounting directly onto plaster walls we recommend seeking professional help before continuing with the installation. Always check if you have piping or electrical installations where you intend to install this product. Always consult professionals if you are in doubt.

Wipe the product with a soft dry or moist cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools, and never use strong cleaning agents such as household glas cleaner, white spirit or turpentine.

Delivery time estimates will be provided once the product is added to your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
