The Melange Sheepskin Patchwork Rug is crafted from 100% Tibetan sheepskin panels, sourced as a by-product of the meat and food industry, hides collected from local farmers and butchers, so no animal is raised for its skin alone. Each piece is tanned by hand at the only remaining sheepskin tannery in the Netherlands, a family-run facility practicing this craft since 1861 using environmentally conscious methods. The panels are sewn into a single cohesive piece, with natural color variation inherent to the sheepskins giving each rug its own unique tone and character.

The approximate dimensions are 120 x 180 cm (47.24 x 70.87 inches), with slight differences in size possible. Its thick wool pile offers a soft, insulating layer that works well beside a bed, under a coffee table, or as a statement wall textile. The construction highlights the organic character of the material, aligning with contemporary, nature-focused interiors.
