Description

This shaggy wool rug features a high and low pile that creates a cozy, soft texture with a checked pattern. Use it to soften daily routines in a living room seating area or under a coffee table.

Shaggy Checked Rug is a handwoven wool rug with a shaggy, high and low pile surface that gives a tactile, checked look. Each piece is crafted using a traditional weaving method from Greece and finished to enhance its soft texture. The natural wool fibers and long pile contribute to a plush underfoot feel.

Place it beneath a sofa and lounge chair to define a seating zone, or layer it under a coffee table for added warmth and pattern. It also works well in a bedroom at the foot of the bed for a soft landing when you wake up. A rug pad is recommended to help keep it in place and add extra cushioning.
