The airy, cloud-like shade that characterises New Works’ Tense Pendant is continued in an intriguing table lamp. Its flowing shape is crafted from tightened carbon rods and light, durable, and 100% recyclable Tyvek, which is washed to achieve the appealing crinkled effect. Resting in an almost vertical position on a streamlined base, the Tense Table Lamp provides ample opportunity to enjoy the shade’s beautiful texture and soft diffusion of light.

The battery-powered light can easily be moved around where light is needed and both colour temperature and brightness can be adjusted to the desired ambiance. Charging is conducted with a magnetic charging cable, which attaches seamlessly to the base and can be left in without disturbing the look of the lamp. With advanced technical features and sensuous attributes, designers Panther & Tourron put forward an aesthetic and modern take on a table lamp.

The lamp is only intended for indoor use. This product contains a Li-ion battery. Misuse of said battery may lead to potentially hazardous outcomes. In case of smoke, battery swelling, or an odor while charging, terminate charging immediately. New Works does not take responsibility for battery failure prompted by unintended use.

Wipe the product with a soft dry or moist cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools, and never use strong cleaning agents such as household glass cleaner, white spirit, or turpentine.

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are separate from shipping fees and not included in your order total. These must be paid directly to the carrier or Swiss authorities. We do not collect any of these fees during checkout.

As the official importer, you are responsible for any duties and may need to provide necessary information to customs. The shipping company will contact you if needed.

Please note that these times are estimates, as most products are made to order specifically for you. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or supply chain issues with raw materials. Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
