To keep your furniture looking its best and extend its lifespan, regular upkeep is key. We recommend frequent vacuuming with a soft brush attachment, especially between and beneath the seat cushions. For added protection, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can lead to fading and wear.

If a stain occurs, act quickly using only water and a clean white cotton towel. Lightly dampen the towel with lukewarm water, wring out any excess, and gently blot the stain—do not rub, as this may damage the fabric. For tougher stains, you can leave the damp towel on the area for a few hours to help lift the mark.

Avoid using soaps or detergents, as they may cause discoloration or harm the upholstery. For larger or persistent stains, we recommend contacting a professional cleaner to ensure safe and effective treatment.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
