Nurja Rug

Introducing the Nurja Rug, a unique piece designed by Laura Seppänen, Helsinki-based interior designer. This wool rug features two distinct heights and a striking linear fringe down the center, with fringes along the long sides, creating a sophisticated and architectural look in your home decor.

Details

• Sera’s carpets are made of pure Ethiopian highland sheep wool. Thread, knotting, and weaving are entirely handmade. No chemicals were used.
• Woven rugs: weaving is made of wool (50%) and warp is made of cotton (50%).
• Knotted rugs: knotting is done of wool (80%), and the warp is made of cotton (20%)
• The thread of the carpet is not chemically processed (dyed or bleached) and for this reason, the color of the carpet is natural. The carpet's size might vary by a couple of centimeters. The shades of the colors of the carpet vary slightly. Irregularities are not defects but are unique to handmade products.

Care

• The wool is not bleached or colored so the rug has its natural lanolin and that is why it is very easy to keep it clean. When needed, all the rugs can be vacuumed, cleaned in the snow, and tamped.
• Woven rugs can be washed with water, just make sure that the rug dries entirely.
• Knotted rugs are recommended to be professionally cleaned.
• The colors of the carpets will not release, because all the colors are natural colors of wool.

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
