Rug No.15 marries classic elegance with a touch of the 70s' plush materiality, thanks to its distinctive curls that create a soft, groovy aesthetic. Crafted from natural, unbleached New Zealand wool, this rug is both hand-knotted and hand-spun, a process that lends its yarn a uniquely curly appearance.

This piece embodies Cappelen Dimyr's philosophy of merging contemporary softness with a bohemian vibe. The warm off-white hue underscores a sense of luxuriousness that is integral to our brand. Each rug, owing to its handcrafted nature, features unique variations in color and detailing, highlighting the artisanal craftsmanship.

Please note that due to its partially long pile and shaggy nature, this rug may shed more than its low pile counterparts. Regular vacuuming is recommended to mitigate shedding, maintaining the rug's beauty and texture.

Each rug is unique and can vary slightly in size and color. Given product measurements for each of our styles are measured excluding fringes, tassels or braids.

Product Care

Cappelen Dimyr is produced by hand in the finest wool with long and strong fibers. Because of its natural structure, the long pile rugs tend to shed initially, and it is therefore recommended to vacuum the rugs daily in the beginning. It is common for rugs to lose individual fibers, and this has been taken in to consideration in all Cappelen Dimyr designs, to make sure that the excess fibers do not affect the quality of the rug. It is recommended flat spout when vacuuming long pile rugs to avoid damaging the yarn. Make sure not to use a heavy beater bar. Shedding tends to decrease within a couple of months.

Return Policy

Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.

To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.

For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
